We are looking for a:

Part-Time Floral Retail Assistant

Duties:

  • Greet customers and assist them with inquiries

  • Answer phone calls and take detailed orders

  • Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit)

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store and work areas

  • Care for plant inventory (watering, trimming, etc.)

  • Organize and prepare orders for pickup and delivery

  • Open and close store

Skills:

  • Experience in cash handling and using a register is preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team

  • Strong customer service skills are essential

  • A valid Driver’s License is an advantage but not required

  • Familiarity with Square e-commerce platform is an advantage

  • Interest in florals and plants is a plus!

Details:

  • Must be available 2+ Saturdays a month (ideal for a student, retiree, or someone looking for a few extra hours a week)

  • Additional hours available during floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.)
